Kondwani M'manga (born on 20 January) better known as Dopey Kayz also known as Toughmurder, is a Zambian rapper, songwriter and producer. He is also a singer, lyricist, entrepreneur and graphic designer. Dopey Kayz is the founder and CEO of Toughmurder worldwide (talent management and publishing Record label).

He started music in 2017 (14 years old) but recorded his first song in 2018(15 years old). Dopey Kayz defines his music style as "Afro-Zedbeats" which is the combination of Zambian Hip Hop/rap, Afrobeats and Dancehall music.

His name Dopey means "drugged with music OR music in my DNA" and Kayz comes from the first letter of his name Kondwani. His aka "Toughmurder" represents four heavyweight Zambian rappers who have inspired him. This includes Chef 187, Slapdee, Macky 2 and Jae Cash.
