Gerry Jordan (Jerry) is an afro/reggae artist born 05 January 1984. He is currently recording with Onzbeatz and Overstay entertainment respectively. His first official single “Tell Me" was recorded in in Turffontein Johannesburg SA in the year 2020. Gerry Jordan's real name is Gerald Jordan Makuwila he has come a long way in the underground music scenes dating back to 2006 when he was an active member of a gospel group -Do For Christ- in Namiyango Blantyre and in 2009 he recorded a song Bad Gal in Zomba, later on in 2011 further recorded Moyo in Mombasa Kenya, which featured a duo called Project Colony. Jerry Jordan is from Thekerani Thyolo and is currently working on an EP project to be released in June 2022. He is one of the founding members of Do for Christ- now known as Rising Tunes from Blantyre. Gerry Jordan studied Journalism at Malawi Institute of Journalism and graduated in 2013.
