Vile Ostar, born Razzaq Oswan Tabuley on August 15, 1998, is a talented Ugandan artist and musician known for his captivating Afro beats. He began his music career in 2018 at Dream Studios, Kamwokya – Kampala, and has since released several songs that resonate with his audience. Vile Ostar is the son of Suleiman Oswan and Mrs. Oswan. He resides in the Arua district, specifically in the Manibe Sub-county.
Just before launching his musical journey, Vile Ostar completed his secondary education at Malongo Senior Secondary School in Mayuge District. His dedication to his craft continues to inspire many in the music industry.
