Lamisi, full name Regina Lamisi Awiniman Anabilla Akuka, is a singer songwriter and performer from Zebilla, a town in the Upper East region of Ghana. She is the first woman from her ethnic group to pursue music professionally on the international stage.
She also operates a nonprofit organization called The Lamisi Fata Foundation which focuses on girl child development and sustainable menstrual health.

Lamisi plays basket shakers, talking drum, shekere and uses a vocal pedal to create ethereal vocals.
